Filler Chef Bara 6 - Crepe Guling Isi Fla Keju Kurma

Untuk 10 buah
1 Buah: 119 Kalori
Calsium: 108 mgr/buah


Bahan Crepe:
100 gram tepung terigu
1 butir telur ayam
250 ml air
garam secukupnya

Fla keju kurma:
300 ml susu cair
2 sdm gula pasir
30 gram meizena
75 gram keju parut
50 gram kurma, potong kecil

Cara Memasak

1. Buat Crepe:
Campur semua bahan crepe jadi satu lalu dibuat dadar ukuran sedang sebanyak 10 lembar, sisihkan.
2. Buat fla keju kurma:
Campur susu, gula, dan tepung maezena, aduk rata, lalu direbus hingga mendidih dan kental sambil terus  diaduk, angkat, masukkan keju aduk rata, sisihkan.
3. Ambil 1 lembar dadar, beri adonan fla di atasnya dan ditaburi potongan kurma, lalu gulung dadar hingga membentuk gulungan, sisihkan, lakukan semua hingga habis
