Steik Tempe Kejumoo

Bahan Saus :
50 gr daging, potong dadu
50 gr wortel, kupas, potong dadu
50 gr bawang bombay, potong 4 bagian
1 buah daun seledri, iris kasar
100 gr kentang, kupas, potong dadu
1/2 sdt garam
1/4 sdt merica bubuk
1/4 sdt teh gula pasir
400 ml air
20 gr mentega, lelehkan

Bahan Steik :
50 gr tempe, potong dadu, goreng
400 gr daging giling
150 gr Keju Kraft Cheddar, potong dadu
1 butir telur, kocok lepas
1 lbr roti tawar, rendam dalam
30 ml susu cair
7 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1/4 buah bawang bombay, cincang halus
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt gula pasir
2 sdt tepung maizena
2 sdm mentega untuk menumis

Bahan Pelengkap :
150 gr wortel
100 gr buncis
100 gr jagung muda
200 gr kentang goreng

Cara Memasak

  1. Aduk rata bahan steik. Bagi menjadi 4 bagian. Bentuk bulat pipih.
  2. Panaskan mentega. Letakkan adonan steik. Biarkan sampai kecokelatan. Balik. Biarkan sampai matang.
  3. Saus: rebus semua bahan saus kecuali mentega leleh sampai airnya tinggal 1/4 bagian. Dinginkan. Blender sampai halus. Tambahkan mentega leleh. Aduk rata.
  4. Siram saus ke atas steik. Sajikan bersama bahan pelengkap.
