Bahan Saus (Aduk Rata):
3 sdm mayonaise
2 sdm saus tomat
2 sdm saus tomat pedas
1 sdt air jeruk nipis

Bahan-bahan:
250 gr udang windu, cincang
250 gr daging ayam, cincang
250 gr Keju Kraft Cheddar, parut
50 gr wortel, potong kotak kecil
50 gr buncis, iris tipis
50 gr jagung manis pipil
75 gr oatmeal 1 btr telur utuh
1 sdt garam
1 sdt merica bubuk
5 siung bawang putih, haluskan
5 btr bawang merah, haluskan
150 gr tahu, haluskan
3 btr telur, kocok lepas
2 sdm tepung terigu dan 3 sdm air, larutkan
daun pisang untuk membungkus
lidi untuk menyemat

Cara Memasak

  1. Campur udang windu, daging ayam, Keju Kraft Cheddar parut, wortel, buncis, jagung manis, oatmeal, telur, garam, merica bubuk, bawang putih, bawang merah, dan tahu. Aduk rata.
  2. Campur telur kocok dan larutan tepung terigu. Aduk rata. Buat dadar seperti kulit lumpia.
  3. Ambil selembar dadar. Isi dengan campuran udang. Gulung seperti lumpia.
  4. Bungkus daun pisang seperti lontong. Semat dengan lidi.
  5. Kukus 20 menit sampai matang. Angkat.
  6. Sajikan dan potong-potong.
