Bolu Pisang Kejumoo

Bahan-bahan:
3 buah pisang nangka matang, haluskan
4 btr telur
150 gr gula pasir
1/2 sdm vanili
1 sdm emulsifier (TBM/SP)
125 gr tepung terigu
1/2 sdt baking powder
50 gr Keju Kraft Cheddar, parut untuk taburan

Cara Memasak

  1. Kocok telur, gula pasir, pisang nangka, vanili, dan emulsifier sampai putih dan mengembang. 
  2. Masukkan tepung terigu dan baking powder sambil diayak dan dikocok rata. 
  3. Tambahkan parutan Keju Kraft Cheddar. Aduk rata. 
  4. Tuang adonan ke loyang tulban diameter atas 25 cm, bawah 20 cm, dan tinggi 8 cm yang dioles margarin dan ditabur tepung terigu. 
  5. Oven 35 menit dengan suhu 180o Celsius sampai matang. 
  6. Sajikan hangat dengan taburan Keju Kraft Cheddar parut.
