Bahan-bahan:
500 cc susu cair
300 gr sirsak
100 gr gula pasir
100 cc yoghurt plain
3 buah markisa
50 gr Keju Kraft Cheddar, parut
Es batu secukupnya
Buah ceri

Cara Memasak

  1. Campur jadi satu susu, sirsak, gula pasir, yoghurt, dan es batu. Blender hingga halus. 
  2. Tambahkan keju parut, blender lagi 3 detik. Tambahkan buah markisa, aduk rata. 
  3. Tuang dalam gelas saji, taburi keju diatasnya beri hiasan buah ceri. 
  4. Sajikan.
